Instructions
- Prepare the Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch springform pan. In a mixing bowl, combine oat milk, oil, and sugar. Gradually fold in gluten-free flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely before slicing.
